Energy Savings Projects
Integrity develops Energy Services Proposals (ESPs) to implement turnkey facility upgrades. The ESP provides guaranteed outcomes of the project including maximum allowable construction costs, energy savings and system performance.
Design
We provide you with a comprehensive design team which will address all aspects of the project. Services range from a focus on specific systems such as lighting to comprehensive mechanical, electrical, structural, civil and architectural disciplines.
Construction Management
Construction management services are effective in the early stages of a project with cost estimating during scope development and constructability reviews during design. We provide comprehensive construction management including bid document preparation, bid analysis, contract document management, permitting, project scheduling, change order management, RFI processing, training coordination, start-up coordination, invoice management, project close out documentation (including as-built drawings and punch lists) and warranty.
Performance Measurement & Verification
Measurement & Verification (M&V) is a critical component of energy efficiency projects, confirming that utility saving and performance guarantees are met. We tailor the level of monitoring & verification to best suit your needs. IES typically recommends an abbreviated M&V program for simple lighting upgrades. A more extensive program is recommended for complex conservation measures. In all cases, we will provide the level necessary for you to feel confident the energy saving targets were achieved.
Commissioning
Utilizing our knowledge of building system operations, we strive to ensure that those systems are fully commissioned, operating properly and functioning optimally. We employ a systematic approach to provide a thorough, well documented process that can be easily communicated to pertinent stakeholders. We will not turn over a system or begin warranty until we are absolutely certain commissioning is complete. Accurate and thorough commissioning is critical to ensure the systems are functioning as designed and the life of the equipment won’t be diminished due to improper operation.
